1. Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer shipping across the United States with rates based on the weight and destination of the package:
- Standard Shipping (5-8 Business Days): Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
- Expedited Shipping (1-2 Business Days): $28.93
2. Processing Time
Order cut-off time is 5:00PM Mountain Time. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (M-F). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Estimated total delivery time is 6-11 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated total delivery time is 2-5 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as holidays and weather conditions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's status online.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@sendedition.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
